Blank Pill

The meaning of being blank pilled is that you are completely oblivious to the pill ideology (Red Pill, Blue Pill, etc.), since you haven't been pilled by any pill's color yet. You either are undecided and can't make up your mind, or you might be too naive and/or stupid to be associated with any pill color.
Listen, dude, it's time for you to choose between the Red Pill and the Blue Pill. You've been Blank Pilled all this time. Time for you to choose!

Crimson Pill

Byproduct of taking the Red Pill, you become so Red Pilled that you become Crimson Pilled instead. One takes the Red Pill and bounces to the Crimson Pill; this is also commonly referred to as the "Red Pill Rage." Some men experience anger when they learn about the lies society taught them and at women for their unfair mating behavior.

However, if the "Crimson Pillers" continues to linger in their anger, it will lead them into taking the "Black Pill." These Black Pillers believe that only a select few men can attract women, so nothing matters and there is nothing they can do to change anything.
Jack took the Red Pill after watching the dating podcast last night. He was so angry by the end of the podcast that he Crimson Pilled himself.

Discolor Pill

Discolor Pillers are people who are not consistent. They change their minds at a moment's notice. They change their positions when they lose, and they don't take accountability for their actions. Furthermore, they can't commit and bail out when things turn south.

These Discolor Pillers would rather blame other people for their mistakes than take the blame.
Women these days took the Discolor Pill, and now they don't take accountability for their past mistakes. They always blame men for everything they do.

Cerise Pill

Someone taking the Cerise Pill has "realized" their true place in society. It mostly describes women, such as ex-liberals or former feminists, but also involves effeminate men who have turned conservative or right-wing. Cerise is a 'watered-down' pink color and it's a vivid reddish pink.

The Cerise Pill represents the transition from the Pink Pill towards the Red Pill. Therefore, the Cerise Pill is an intermediate between both.
Jill used to be Pink Pilled, but over the years... She slowly and steadily became Cerise Pilled with age and real-world experience.

Pink Pill

The Pink Pill is the female version of the Red Pill. It follows the pattern of colors such as the Red Pill and the Blue Pill because the color pink is associated with femininity. The Pink Pill has become synonymously associated with modern-day Feminist.

The Pink Pill is basically for femcels (female incels). It's the idea that men are shallow and that courting them is either very pretty or manipulative. As such, Pink Pillers has adopted the nihilistic philosophy that unattractive women will never be sexually or romantically successful.

In simple terms, an authentic person. The True Color Pill is the opposite of the Pseudocolor Pill, where the latter is a fake person.

True Color Pillers are who they say they are and always show their true colors on a daily basis in whatever they do.
There are not a lot of True Color Pillers in the Manosphere, the majority of these Red Pill gurus are just a bunch of Pseudocolor Pillers.

Most of them have the following traits: they do not want to work, do not want to have kids, have overpopulation concerns, worry about climate change, and they don't want to contribute to pollution by limiting their actions.
I can't believe my Chartreuse Pilled of a daughter told me she doesn't want to have kids! Her reasoning behind this is that kids are bad for the environment. They add tons of carbon dioxide to the environment. What are they teaching her at the university?
