Bug muncher

A term used to describe an individual perceived as physically frail, weak, and often malnourished. The term is often used in as a way to imply that the individual is impoverished or subsists on a meager diet consisting primarily of insects or other unconventional food sources.

"That kid is such a bug muncher. He's always picking his nose and eating bugs."
