1. Lying about your origins, even when they are obvious.
2. Charging 10 times the amount something is really worth.
3. Censoring all opposition.

Bill: I'll take it!

3. Bob: Dude! You just ran over a cat!
Bill: No I didn't.
Bob: Yes you did, dude. I'm gonna tell someone.
Bill: Be quiet. *kills*

Pulling a Darwin

Not to be confused with the scientific theory of a branching pattern of evolution; pulling a Darwin actually pertains to a particular style of professionalism.

Pulling a Darwin is when one abandons his/her social and career obligations in order to fully commit to a spontaneous act of singing.

Person 1: So what's going on with you today man?
Person 2: TROLOLOLOLOOOO
Person 1: Ugh guess someone is pulling a Darwin today

Pull a Warhol

To defend a mediocre artwork by explaining what it's "really" about, often using obscurantist language and references to other, better, artists. Named after Andy Warhol, an American pop artist and frequent defense shield for lazy, unimaginative and derivative artists.

1. Lady Gaga pulled an epic Warhol in that interview.

2. Bob: But you don't understand, Jesse. You don't actually dislike Frank Zappa, you just don't understand his hidden depths. *insert ontological treatise here*
