These are called Ash Walkers as they are constantly trying to navigate, or walk through the ash spread by the other person. The other main victim is the person who the ash talking is about. Usually the childrens' other parent.
Those poor children think that their dad doesn't love them or care about them, because their mother is an ash talker.
