A guy with boobs. Not man boobs of fat but real boobs that he acquired from taking testosterone pills he got online. A hormone inbalance caused by the pills causes estrogen levels to rise and causes him to grow real boobs for which there is a scientific name. It also causes him to be more emotional than the average guy and more insecure than the average guy. If only his mom would pay for the surgery to get mammary tissue removed.
