1. (noun) Term for an imaginary device that delivers punishment to one who has presented a sub-standard idea or has committed a critical error. Literally, such discipline may be presented in the form of a harsh lecture.
2. (noun) A mechanical device outfitted with several army boots on a rotating wheel used for automated physical punishment. "whose ass is it gonna be" or WAITGB is used when trying to figure out who is to blame in a situation, usually to punish them.
Person 1: Someone robbed a helpless elderly man.

An epic maneuver in which a man lets his pants and underwear drop to his ankles, lifts his shirt up to armpit level, and urinates, much in the manner of a 4 year old trying to use a urinal. Usually executed while intoxicated. Occasionally performed in tandem by a group, no homo.
Since many guys did this at urinals when they were kindergarten age, the act of doing this is often referred to as "bringing it back".
