Occasionally, Collins will pay his agents to spread news about charity donations and civic contributions...none of which were dealt with willingly or directly by Collins. Flying debris and other garbage (most notably plastic trash bags) caught by the wind and flung into trees in the very windy and very filthy streets of Philadelphia, PA.

We used to play a game growing up in Philly, count the Eagles in the trees as you walked down your road. If there were more than 10 Philadelphia Eagles in your block, you lived in the ghetto.

A cocky son of a bitch that has fake hookups and no friends. Also a horrible athlete and has no muscle. Likely to be bald by age 30. The only thing he has going for him is his smarts but he usually loses them by age 25 because of alcohol and drug abuse.
