Level 11 Theory also extends to a player's spending on the game, often having level 13 or higher cards through excessive spending in the shop.

This isn't because both players in the match have only reached level 11 for their cards, but rather that they are playing a friendly match (friendly matches have every card at level 11 for both sides) and whatever is shown in the video is likely staged for views.
