They are the sort of people that will save up their weekly earnings from McDonalds to buy a cold air intake in the mistaken belief it will actually add power to their clapped out civic.

The sort of generosity that occurs when a person has just gotten his/her driver's license. This usually results in the driver wanting to pick up his/her friends all the time.
