A slangterm used when they or someone else do well or win on something. This is used instead of "Congratulations" or "Good Job" by either women, gay men, or men who are trying to be funny by acting fruity/zesty as f_ck but failing miserable.

Woman verson:
Woman: *wins*
Woman/Gay Man: Good job Queen, slay!
Woman: Thanks!

Man trying to be funny version:
Man: *wins*
Other Man: omg pookie slay! 😍😘🥰
Man: what the f_ck you zesty as f_ck dude
Other man: oopsie well guess I must be teehee! 🤭🤣🤪

A verb used in modern day to describe something or someone who is or doing something good, great or awesome.
The word is apart of AAVE (African American Vernacular English) and isn't just slang and calling it that is offensive.

Right:
"Your outfit is slaying"

Wrong:
"It's giving slay"
