Gender cave is a term that describes society as a whole in its decision making of beliefs that have to do with gender. Gender cave specifically refers to the Idea of there only being two genders and unwilling to be open to discussion otherwise.

gender-affirming care

Medical care that affirms the gender of an individual. This can include hormone supplements, hormone blockers, and, in some cases, surgical operations. For transgender individuals, this is usually called HRT, or Hormone Replacement Therapy (see example 1). Gender-affirming care is not exclusive to transgender individuals; it also encapsulates cisgender men and women who may have an imbalance of their body's hormones — testosterone and estrogen, respectively (see example 2).
