Traditionally used to denote "in Australia/New Zealand" or "to Australia/New Zealand". Nowadays used to refer to the fictional meme land of Agartha due to the fact that this phrase occurs in the song titled "Down Under" by Colin Hay, that is considered to consitute the official anthem of the aforementioned land.

When you are feeling incredibly terrible, especially relating to being hungover. Comes from cream rising to the top (i.e. feeling your best). If you are under the cream, you feel like a loser.
