An expression, most commonly used by "thirsty ass niggas" (stereotypically speaking, 9 times outta 10, these are the guys that instantly creep you out and make you feel uncomfortable....everything they say is hella inappropriate and sexual...etc, etc....ya know, THOSE guys....)
