One who, when smoking out with friends is usually the first to get high, usually off of his or her very first hit off of the bong, pipe, joint, etc.

That Johny's always the first of us to get blown and act all stupid. He's a one-hit-wonder.

One-Sided Relationship 

The same as one-sided love, though in this sense is a generalized term. Here, the interests of the one party are put to a much higher priority than the other. Feelings are unrequited, certain needs go unmet, opposing words are not or cannot be conveyed to the other party, and there is an apparent or explicit lack of importance in the self placed upon by that other party.

Person 1: Why is Frank so miserable when he's with those other friends of his?

Person 2: It's a one-sided relationship, man. They treat him like a background character.

One guy one cup 

One guy one cup is a man who squats-naked-on a large pickle jar. After milling around a bit, the jar shatters while inside his rectum and he keeps his camera face, not saying a word. While hearing the shards of glass in his rectum grinding about, he starts pulling them out, bleeding massive amounts of blood.

One Piece 

Awesome Japanese cartoon (or anime) about pirates. Characters include a carefree rubber man who wants to be pirate king, a ninja who uses three swords at once (holding one in his teeth), etc. Their goal is to get the ultimate treasure, One Piece, and have a butt-load of zany adventures in the process.

It would be so much more awesome if they hadn't let 4kids butcher it horribly.

That One Piece is an awesome anime. Almost as good as Bleach.
