A word used by a gym influencer or coach to reach out to their audience on their captions.

To give a more welcoming feeling to their watchers.
If a man uses this word it sounds a little zesty.

Random influencer: How should I start my caption?
Coach: Start with "Hey FIt Fam"
Random influencer: That sounds zesty as hell bro
