spooge drive error

A very uncommon error message discovered when installing DoW. It has no apparent meaning, and isn't as exciting as it sounds. It can only be remedied by installing a hell of a lot of pointless patches.

Victim: Oh no, its giving me spooge drive error again!
Onlooker: lol
