An alternative and not as vulgar way to say WTF. Commonly used when there are adults or children around. Can also be used just because it sounds fun or because someone just said somthing random.
1: so we are doing somthing with 3 this weekend?
2: My toes are cold.
1: Where's the Fridge?! What are you TALKING about?!?!

If this is said numerous times in a day its because a persons partner doesn't trust where they are. They usually think their partner is cheating when in reality their partner is working their ass off to make money to have a comfortable life.
guy 1: Man can you believe my wife keeps calling me wanting to know where I'm at while I'm working? guy 2: What's up with that? guy 1: She has trust issues. I could care less about cheating. Seriously why would anyone want 2 women asking them " where are you?"

sad attempt by Mobile to connect with a younger, "hipper" generation. Also a rampant exploitation of the frail elderly...these people are forced to speak in Ebonics, talk to Ludacris, wear ridiculous hairstyles, and say things nobody says like "I'm at this bangin party, yo" and "Peace up..."
