the act of being unable to express oneself verbally so resorting to simple gesticulations in order to indicate the important things in life, mainly water and food. pulling a sana also involves eating whatever is available infront of you so ones mouth is always busy and is a perfect excuse to not have to express ones opinion or join in a conversation unless absolutely necessary.

B: So the political situation in chad is really devastating these days...
A: (widens eyes slightly) nom nom nom
B: dude are u pulling a sana on me?
A: (points to punch bowl) nom nom nom
