Phrase Craze

The emergence of a new term or saying that suddenly becomes widely used.

Normally with time the term fades away and is replaced by the next phrase craze.
Kanye West's "You Ain't Got The Answers" is probably gonna become the latest phrase craze.

A person who frequently uses phrases and quotes to emphysize a point but usually gets them wrong.
Bob: I went to pick up some milk yesterday at the market and while I was down there I remembered to get some batteries for my new super awesome robot dog

a phrase that is often said really fast by a speaker allowing it to interpreted as one word by a listener
