Usually a homeless or drug-seeking person who waits in parking lots to acost people for money while they get out of their vehicles. Uneasily detered, they shamble from one car to another much like the living dead.

Man to wife: Oh shit Mary, roll up the window. It's a parking lot zombie!
Wife to man: Oh Harold, I am scared of his staggering gait, his lip smacking, and his wild-eyed stare!
Man to Parking Lot Zombie: (gesturing to an empty wallet)
Parking Lot Zombie: ahgggghhhhhhhuuuuuhhhhhhh(Spots a Lexus SUV pulling up to the Walgreens and heads towards it)
Man to wife: Hurry up and get into the store! Move it! Move it!

TV parking

Rock Star Parking is also called 'TV parking' for the private-eyes and other TV characters who always manage to get a parking spot right at the front door of every restaurant, mall, business, apartment or other address they are seeking.

Rockford always manages to get TV parking, so why can't I?

Church Parking Lot

The church parking lot is the place where you can hang out with someone until 10:00 pm. Everyone looks at you and thinks you are sketchy but lets be honest, we are in a church parking lot.

Dude: Hey, lets hang out in the church parking lot after a church event and look sketchy.
Dudette: Let's do it! But i have to leave at 10:00pm

The Richard L. Odiorne Memorial Parking Space

The best parking space in the entire parking lot, typically characterized by being closest to the entrance of the associated building; prized for its rarity.

We showed up at Kroger around 5:00 am, and since the only people awake at that hour are stoned teenagers in need of some vanilla wafers and kettle cooked potato chips (but surely not Saltines), The Richard L. Odiorne Memorial Parking Space was just screaming our names.
