The irrational fear of manga and anime character Hayase Nagatoro. Having this phobia can have a reason behind it, but in some cases they're just scared for no reason at all.

Conjunction of the words Navigator and Dominatrix. Used to describe female person or voice that tells you where to go and how to get there, when trying to find an unknown location.
