The best way of describing them could be ignorant (in some cases), the word dumb comes to mind, socially unaware of anything except their little groups (their family), or maybe, just maybe, sacred lives that just want something to believe in besides all the other bullshit in society.
I respect juggalos for having a descent taste in music. Psychopathic music is fucking wicked (of course), using great metaphors and verses and phrases that totally explain the point of view of someone who can't control their thought. For this, I think juggalos can be pretty respectable people.
