2.) An exclamation of excitement used in joking tongue and cheek manner; similar to poggers in its ironic use.
3.) A person who makes a great achievement in sports; I've seen this around on this website and a few others although I've never personally experienced it.
4.) Someone who plays role playing games such as DND; Typically those who play DND or role playing games in general will play video games as well so this terminology may have just bled over to being for general use of role players.
5.) Someone who gambles; This is where the word originates from although gamblers probably wouldn't call themselves gamers since thats rather awkward but would probably use the word gaming for what they want to do.
