The act of placing multiple condoms on ones dick as to make them stretch to the breaking point. You then proceed to have intercouse until the condoms break. The unexpected ripping of the condoms gives this act the nature of a bomb, and the shape of ones dick looks like a pipe, giving it the name of a pipe bomb.

I decided to try the pipe bomb on Kelsey but one of the ripped condoms got stuck in her vaginal cavity and now she has an infection.
