To be spiffy cool, one must first be spiffy, as well as rad, which ultimately results in spiffy coolness.
Spiffy coolness is not stupidity, and is the extreem opposite of depression.

[Spiffy]

Came from that odd English word from centuries ago, "spiffing", which was often used in the sentence "Truly spiffing, old bean." Now it has been changed for most teenagers in America and England to use. Sometimes said or typed as SPIFFEH, or spiffahhh/spiffehhh.
