The lower crotch fat of a person, particularly women but not excluding men. The person has fat that shows in various sizes below the waste or belt line .

When the waitress came to our booth for refills, her poompa rested on top of the middle of the table as she leaned in , refilling our drinks, and it was a bit disgusting.

Poorphine

Drug used in place of morphine in dire situations.
Usually Cheap boxes of filtered OTC Codeine. Mainly abused by the poor, hence the name.

Damn, all I've got left is that bottle of Poorphine over there because I ate my script too fast.
