Persons who do not concern themselves with the well being
of others.
Persons who go out of the way to offend others.
Persons whose entire sense of self esteem depends upon the
misery of others.
Jerkoffs, douchebags, lowlifes, scumbags, turdbiters are some
of the lower forms of assholes. Like assholes in training.
Persons who will say or do anything outrageous regardless of the situation.
Insulting others brings their life meaning.

What assholes would say to their kids at the passing of the kid's mom:
Asshole dad: "You're fucking mother was a worthless cunt!
I should have chocked the fucking bitch to death after the
first time I fucking fucked her! The fucking whore!"

There is no universal term for a collection of assholes in one place, instead terminology tends to cross religious and social economic boundaries. In the North of England one might encounter a Pile of assholes at a soccer match, whereas in Detroit this same group would be a Pack. Some particularly unflattering examples exist, such as the Nasty Bag of assholes (South East Asia).

A cocky jerk who is a pro at pulling or picking up girls, usually categorized as "hoes" or "bitches."
Usually consists of sarcasm and blunt teasing. If they don't like it, remember it's just a hoe, there's more!

the previous FOUR assholes elected to the office of the president of the united states have been spending my money plus buckets of imaginary money to pay off the other assholes who helped them get into office. both the republican party and the democratic party are filled almost entirely with apathetic, hypocritical assholes. It is treasonous to spend a country into debt! The best way to stop treasonous asshole spending is to execute traitors. The fewer assholes the better.
