Literally, just a way to say "oh my god". An expression unknown outside Russia that comes from a TV show. The original show was a comedy about pretentious "metrosexuals" going to fashion shows and speaking some intentionally terrible English. Though meant to be somewhat funny and critical, the expression ended up being often used and loved by Russians who don't know any better.

person1: oh my yo wtf are you doing??
person2: i am watching the new dhar mann video so stfu oh my yo you're so annoying
