Get the jokemug. A joke is when you try to aim at being funny with saying something that isn't serious or making puns, another way to describe it is the majority of this planet will never take one.

Get the jokemug. A not joke is a joke from the early to mid 90s that was told in many cases in grade school. Part of the reason they were discussed in borat is that anybody who was around then remembers that those jokes haven't been used much since then. They were not "made popular" by borat.
