Another synonym for private parts, be it male or female. Cooty is used primarily in an effort to be cute or subtle in the reference to the area, without being excessively dirty.

This popsicle tingles, right down to the cooty.

Cooley Run

When an individual has nothing better to do on a saturday night, so they get a bunch of people to meet up at Burger King, and show off their cars for a while, then haul ass down to Cooley Street in Springfield looking for street races or "1v1's". This may happen more than once on the same night, especially if there is a good "red light challenge!"
