A term of endearment for a person being of mixed Asian (namely Chinese) heritage, hence the "chinky" and Latino (namely Mexican) heritage, hence the "bean".

Can also be considered a double entandre for the perfect love.

V:The girl over there is the most amazing person in the world.

V:Yeah her.
