A term created by stoners at Jericho High School meaning to get high. It was originally used to refer to THC cartridges (barts), but has come to express getting lit off of any form of marijuana.

They are crazy and shouldn't be confronted if you see them in the streets.

In Detroit Mi Barred out means someone is off a xanax pill. They come in footballs that are blue also white, and bars can be green,white, and yellow.

A Barler is a white, cis man, often old or middle aged. This is an offensive slur against white men. The term derived from their overuse of the white man's favorite beverage, beer. Barley is in beer, therefore making old white men "barlers."
