Medical care that affirms the gender of an individual. This can include hormone supplements, hormone blockers, and, in some cases, surgical operations. For transgender individuals, this is usually called HRT, or Hormone Replacement Therapy (see example 1). Gender-affirming care is not exclusive to transgender individuals; it also encapsulates cisgender men and women who may have an imbalance of their body's hormones — testosterone and estrogen, respectively (see example 2).

Occurs when a person(s) attempting to covertly commit a malicious act(s) against another person(s) are prematurely discovered resulting in poorly scripted justification excuses that present those actions as beneficial to the target person. There are many reasons this can happen but commonly is due to either the collectives inability to properly formulate a well thought out undetectable plan of attack, or their targets unanticipated over attention to details.
"I'm just now hearing that Bob had a drug addiction?"

Get the Urgent Caremug. A reference to Medicare. Based on the Affordable Care Act being called 'Obama Care', Medicare came in during the Johnson Administration of the 1960's, and so Johnson Care is used to refer to Medicare. Social Security came into effect during the Roosevelt administration of the 1930's, and so Social Security is referred to as Roosevelt Care.
