1) An expression uttered when you have become fully satisfied, whether after a delicious meal, a romantic encounter with the opposite sex, or in a myriad of other instances.
2) Can also be used to describe one's intense enjoyment of something at that particular moment.

1) Guy 1: "Dude, I went home with that brunette chick from last night."
