A british term for borrowing a cigarette off someone. Bumming being another word for borrowing and fag being common slang for a cigarette.
American meaning to have anal intercourse with a homosexual man. Bumming to mean the intercourse and fag to be a derogatory name for a homosexual male.

"Hey Dave, Paul's been bumming a fag off me all week. Its about time be bought his own cigarettes and stop asking me for them."

"Did you hear that James was gay? He came out last week"
"Yeah but everyone knows hes been bumming that fag downtown for almost a year now."
