When someone preaches some truths, you use this phrase (usually in comment sections online) as a way of agreeing.
For instance on Facebook you may have:
Person A: "You should never blame a whole group of people for the actions of a few people within that group!"
Person B: Say It Again Louder For The People In The Back.

Get the Mom won’t let me say itmug. A challenge in which the challenger messages a friend either verbally or through email/text message to stop spitting in their mouth. The challenger continues until the challenged (normally a friend) either stops spitting in their mouth, the challenger accepts defeat and dies slowly as their body is slowly replaced by the challenged’s saliva, or the challenger decides the action is no longer worth their time.
Ex: I’m going to do the Say it Dont Spray it Challenge because Lila doesn’t know how to control herself. Lila needs to stop.

Get the say it dont spray it challengemug. "That's what I'm tryna say" is a term used colloquially in the north-west Philly area (mainly at the Hill School--a boarding school in Pottstown, PA). This phrase is used when something good happens, and you would like to signify that you enjoyed it. Think of it as saying, oh wow thats neat! This phrase is usually said quickly and with an accent unlike your own.
