(lyrics from the song "wind of change" by The Scorpions) :
a phrase meaning: to be clever enough to (correctly) detect and/or predict patterns of future social change in one's society, and adapt to said patterns before most other people around you.

during the 2016 presidential election campaign most higher ups in the democratic party didnt start listening to the winds of change until it was too late, but instead focused on perpetuating obama's legacy; no wonder they lost the election.

the wind grinder is usually performed at male sleepovers when the first person falls asleep the others prop him up and arch him then they go get a vacuum and stick it up his ass as one male sticks it up the sleep males ass another reaches down his throat and grabs the long end of the vacuum the pulls it through his mouth then the males that are awake must perform a soggy waffle to see who gets their meat wind grinded. THE WIND GRINDER WILL RESULT IN DEATH

the phrase (used in the UK) that refers to how much faster a joint finishes when it’s windy outside. this is because the stonger the wind is, the faster the smoke will be lost/blown out, so essentially the wind is “taxing” your smoke.
“Aw where’s half my zoot gone?! I know I haven’t smoked that much…”
“That’s wind tax for you.”

The unexplainable, but rather enjoyable rush of wind that is emitted up the stairwells leading to the subway system.
1. Yes! I've been looking forward to this Mystery-wind all day!
2. Bob- Come on! Let's take the subway!
Jim- What's wrong with you, man? The store's just around the corner.
Bob- I just want a dose of Mystery-wind.
