A game. Either played solo, or in a group. The act of drinking at least 3 servings of Robitussin cough syrup or similar drowsy cough medicine and trying to masturbate before you fall asleep. If played alone, the only way to win is to service yourself to completion. In a group, the first to chug & complete the act is the winner.
