Extremely common in Australia to ask how you are feeling, usually after a big night out drinking, but also can be used after any strenuous event (long bike ride, marathon, etc.)

Person 1: mate, how'd you pull up?
Person 2: yeah pretty dusty, had 15 beers last night so feel like shit this morning

Winding up back in someone's hotel room after last call and polishing off the mini-bar's contents. Typically seen in rock stars and journalists on overseas press junkets.
