The word "dope" is used as way a to something is cool.

Or

People use it as a way to say weed or heroine/crack/meth.

I am not sure why anyone would use it as a way to talk about hard drugs. Because it means weed.

Stoner 1: "Wanna go smoke dope?"
Stoner 2: "Bro I am not doing meth"

Stoner 1: "What no? Weed. Why would I be referring to meth?"

The practice of adding the left-over bit of your healthy green smoothie from the previous day to a new smoothie you are making, therefore increasing the nutrient value and supplement density of the new smoothie (and avoiding wasted smoothie).
