A utopian idea for common wealth which relies on an idealized society. In practice it succumbs to corruption and promotes oligarchy. When it fails, capitalism inevitably takes over providing a more practical and efficient allocation of resources.

Someone, usually an edgy teen, who identifies as a communist without having read any theory or having any understanding of what communism actually is. Often these people are trolls, fanboys / fangirls of socialist leaders (most commonly Stalin or Tito), or reactionary and mostly conservative Russian nationalists who admire the USSR purely for the sake of pride.

Not to be confused with post-left anarchism.

My roommate just started dating a self-proclaimed far-leftist. Sadly, it turned out she was more of a gommunist than an intellectual.

People who took the teachings of socialism too far, and too a point where it was so restrictive they were unable to install a democracy and had to combine the socialist system with a dictatorship.

Nommunist

A person holding the tenets of nommunism, in that they are stationed at various open houses, parties, and many other places that have free food, and they prevent anybody from taking more than a standard serving of food so as to "deestreebute the food to everybody."

Josh: Dude we're the first to arrive at the school's open house!! Let's take a crapload of cookies!
