The stem and bowl of a bong/waterpipe when one engages in the filthy act of unclogging the bowl by blowing through the bottom end of the stem in order to expel burnt herbal debris.

Out of haste, the poor man decided to play the stoner trumpet rather than properly clean his piece with alcohol and salt.
