They wiggle alot and cause some discomfort

Someone who indirectly rats you out. A dry rat doesn't think they are ratting you out because they aren't directly ratting you out.

My girlfriend was complaining about her sore ribs so loudly that my neighbours heard her so now they think I am beating her up. She's such a dry rat.
