Get the magic office ridemug. A nickname given to men who are not used to manual labor. These men usually have small skinny dainty fingers. Even the smallest amount of manual labor could result in quick fatigue, a palm callus or a snapped wrist.
Hey Henry, you see James over there? His new nickname is "office fingers". Last week we were unloading plywood from the truck and he got a hang nail. He went home and took the rest of the week off .

The Flex Officer gets to Flex on all the other Correctional Officers because he/she "knows" that they are better than everyone.
The Flex Officer can get away with almost anything.... Depending on how long they can hold their breath underneath that desk, and depending on how much they cry "unfair"
Being a Flex Officer you will usually only have to do half of the job he/she is suppose to do, and must expect applause from everyone.
Their superiors usually consist of a Daddy Captain, Mommie Lieutenant, or Uncle Lieutenant.
