A person who is stupid to an extent previously not thought to be possible in a human being. A Kevin's stupidity transcends social, political, and metaphysical boundaries. It is not enough to be a common idiot; in order to earn the title of "Kevin", one must express his/her idiocy in an uncommonly creative way. For instance, a Kevin might try to clean up spilled milk and cereal by wiping it with a sock, while still wearing said sock.
