Fattied out - Term mainly used in South for a certain level of fucked upness in high functioning alcoholic/drug addicts. That drug you swore you'd never use/use again? Ha, you just dropped $40 on it. "Fatty" is saved for only the elite, you must be able to hold your drugs and alcohol to a point above the rest, but are only Fattied out when you reach a level of no recollection, they'll still pass as only slightly fucked up to even cops, because they're a vet, but "no" no longer exists in the vocabulary. Definitely used more in the South/East than North/West
