The act of quckly posting a negative review on a bad product or service because the deliverer of the product refused to offer any refund or proper replacement.

Nacho Mammas restaurant charged me $20 for a jumbo Margarita that contained not even the slightest trace of Tequila. I immediately went to their reviews and Neg Banged them.
