Small city in California who thinks THEY ARE CALIFORNIA. (see definition of egotistical) However in reality they are simply a SECTION of San Jose, which is a PART of San Francisco, which is only bout HALF of the bay area. Which takes up less than a 10th of the total area in California. For this reason, Santa Clara receives about a 0 out of 8 on the howie rating.
