Noah Cyrus is Miley Cyrus' younger sister. Noah has had small extra roles on Hannah Montana and will be doing the voice of a character along with Frankie Jonas in a new animated movie. She resembles Miley quite a bit; and the two sisters have a good relationship.

One of the best people out there!! He sings like a freaking angel and loves his fan almost as much as he loves his mom. He is super cute and could make a girl smile with just a little eye-contact. He loves the beach and making people happy. He also loves his family and god more than anything. And is the best Noah out there. He's so easy to talk to and will 100% make your day.
