Nogowski

A semi-obese annoying, and stubborn teenager that usually drives an old rustbucket car. Nogowski's tend to be on an unhealthy diet (consisting of fast-food) and take advantage of their parents. They also do not take blame for anything they do, and have poor eye contact.

Noggy is an actual Polish word meaning "a naked male." Nogga is the female equivalent.

When referring to multiple naked people, noggy is used to label the naked crowd.
